Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every purchase from Veteran Project, including VIP membership fees, is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Products. If you are not satisfied with an item, contact us at support@veteranproject.com within 30 days of receiving it, and include your order number. We will send you instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, generally within 15 business days; your bank or card company may need extra time to post them. This guarantee covers every product we sell, including sale items and made-to-order T-shirts. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at support@veteranproject.com, and we will make it right.

VIP membership fees. If you request a refund within 30 days of a membership charge, we will refund that charge in full. No return is needed. Membership charges more than 30 days old are not refundable. To cancel your membership, log in to your account and choose “Manage or cancel membership,” or email support@veteranproject.com.

After 30 days. Purchases and membership charges are not refundable more than 30 days after delivery or after the charge.

Exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Repeat refund requests. We may decline refunds for customers who request more than two refunds within any 12-month period.
